Bill is Very Responsive , from initial contact, to completion. He diagnosed our issue over the phone, ordered parts , we sent the deposit agreed on a date (all within 7 days) and we just left with the cadillac's moonroof shade completely repaired and replaced beautifully. We drove 100 miles to get to him. Worth every minute. As a bonus we got a lovely day in winter park with Bill laying some historical groundwork for us and tips on what to see and what to do. Excellent experience ! Thanks Bill

The trunk mount CD changer in my 2005 Jaguar X-Type was giving me CD read errors. I found All 'Car Stereos Repaired' in Winter Park - they could fix it, they said it did not need to be junked. Next door was Headliner Express. The headliner in the Jaguar was falling down, the fabric completely off the privacy sheild on the glass moonroof. Not a good look. While 'All Car Stereos Repaired' fixed my CD changer, I talked to Bill at Headliner Express. He took his time to explain how to correctly repair the headliner to factory original appearance. A local dealership service manager came in to speak to Bill while I was there. If dealerships are using Bill that was good enough for me. I'm a 'snowbird' and I ran out of time to get on Bill's schedule before leaving go to north in 2025. Online Jaguar forums backed up what Bill had told me about doing the repair correctly. I was determined to have the headliner fixed this trip to Florida, and I got on the schedule this time. The recover job is excellent. The pillars match the headliner now. The privacy shield looks great, and there are contours to the ceiling fabric that were invisible before. Looks like new. I had a couple rock st

We had our 2009 Volvo C70 hardtop convertible roof repaired by Bill at Headliner Express. He is so knowledgeable and helpful. The model of the car is no longer made by Volvo, so it's difficult to get parts and find someone that can do the repair. My hubby found Bill on YouTube and he is amazing! His niche knowledge on the convertible roof is impressive!! He repaired the roof of the convertible and it's working like new! We are thrilled with his service! And highly recommend him!!

I called Bill because my interior top lining was not folding back properly as my cord had detached from the lining. Set the appointment up and drove from Fort Meyers about a 3 1/2 hrs. to the shop. Bill looked it over, he was very detail oriented, skilled and knowledgeable. He had my 2011 Volvo C70 fixed and out the door in about an hours time. Needless to say his price was fair, visit enjoyable and I was back on the road in working condition. I highly recommend his services without any reservations. Thanks again Bill.

FIVE STARS!!! I will provide additional details below, but I just want to say, up front, that my experience with Headliner Express and Bill was fantastic! I am several states north and west of his shop- well over a thousand miles away. I started visiting with him about six months before I had him replace the shades on the panoramic roof on my 2015 BMW X1. Given the travel distance between us, I did some homework and looked at other options before making the decision to make the trip to have Bill do the work. It did not take me long to realize that Bill has a unique set of skills that allows him to do something that almost no one does! The dealership would do it, but the cost would have been 2.5 times what Bill charged! I spoke with numerous auto upholstery shops who would not even touch the job (I live in a very large city). Because Bill handles these complicated panoramic roofs, for many different vehicles on a regular basis, I am sure he will do a better job than any dealership. In the last month, my wife and I decided to drive to Bill and have him complete the job. We ended up making a mini vacation out of it and enjoyed the beach for a few days while he did the work.
